Care Quality Commission

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) registers, inspects and reports on social care services in England. The aim of the CQC is to improve social care and stamp out bad practice.

Elite Assistance is registered and therefore licensed to provide services, by the CQC (Provider ID: 1-101692436).

• All care agencies are inspected by the CQC on a regular basis and compliance against the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 is measured.
• The Care Standards Act outlines a clear set of standards linked to all areas of care provision and management of care services.

Elite Assistance was last inspected in February 2010 and graded a Three Star 'Excellent' Agency. This is the highest rating a care company can gain and a rare achievement.
